I discovered my passion for body work over twenty years ago at The Southern California School
of Massage. It simply is my calling in life. My work is a combination of several different modalities
providing a massage that is both therapeutic and extremely relaxing. Taking techniques from Swedish,
deep tissue, Neuro- muscular, Myofascial Release, acupressure, Lastone and then adding energy work
such as Healing Touch and Reiki, all paired with clinical aromatherapy, a style has developed that is
unique and effective. There is nothing more gratifying than being able to help someone by simply using
the power of touch.

Massage therapy is something that just called to me as a career. I learned the benefits of massage through working many years and many long hours as a touring cater. Getting regular massages kept me healthy and mobile. I feel like I am a good massage therapist because I know where it hurts. In 2010 I attended Tennessee School of Therapeutic Massage and graduated with honors. As part of my training I’m certified in Deep Tissue, Stone Therapy, and Prenatal Massage. I am continuing to learn new modalities to advance my abilities to help people manage everyday aches and pains and achieve a healthy and balanced life. I was voted one of the Top Massage Therapists in Knoxville by Metro Pulse 2010 Reader’s Poll.
